Mrs J

“To everyone at Mrs Burman’s,
Thank you for giving Jasper a great start to his school life. I know he has enjoyed these last two years with you all, and he has been very happy.  I only hope he will enjoy his future schooling as much!
He has loved his ‘teachers’ and made some great friends too. I have been delighted that he has been so happy, and have appreciated the good behaviour expectations you have. It has been a much better experience than his brother had at Hampton Wick and I would not hesitate to recommend.”

Mrs B

“Dear Mrs Burman,
A big thank you for making Sienna’s time with you so enjoyable, she really has enjoyed every minute, as did Liberty.
We shall miss you all.
Thanks again.”

Mr & Mrs S

“Dear Mrs Burman,
I just wanted to write to say thank you to all your staff and especially to you for looking after Sam this year, I think it is fair to say The Pre-School Centre transformed Sam and he has become the kind, caring, fun and inquisitive and most importantly happy child again.
He so obviously felt secure, safe, and happy in the knowledge that there were rulers but also lots of fun (& learning) to be had.
My only regret is that I did not find you sooner. I think the nursery is outstanding and as you know, I have recommended it to friends.
Thank you again.”

Mrs A

“Dear Mrs Burman and all the wonderful team at The Pre-School Centre.
Thank you so very much making my first school experience so much fun.
Thank you for reading, painting, playing and singing with me and for teaching me all about Letterland, I will miss you all.”

Mrs J

“Dear Mrs Burman and all,
I just wanted to thank you all for looking after Millie so well these past eighteen months. She has loved coming to “school” and I know has been extremely happy with you. We were sure she’d be a teriible ‘clinger’ to begin with, but you worked your magic as always and she has settled very quickly.
I think Mrs Burman’s has a unique formula which is down to you – I have always been able to drop Millie off in the morning knowing she will be 100% happy and safe which has been invaluable.
I’ve always felt you are the next best thing to leaving her with my mum or sister! So a special thank you to you all for making that the case.
We will always recommend Mrs Burman’s to anyone.
All the best for the future.”

Mrs B

“To Mrs Burman and all the staff at The Pre-School Centre,
Once again you have provided a wonderful year for both Maxwell and Finley. They both enjoy coming so much and talk about you all when they are at home.
Maxwell will be so sad to leave you, but is beginning to look forward to his new school.
We hope you all have a fabulous summer and recover enough to start again in September. We appreciate so much all you have done.

Ms P & Mr B

“Dear Mrs Burman,
Thank you for providing such a wonderful learning environment. William has thrived while in your care and we miss you so much.
A personal thank you  to for the support you provided on some of our more challenging days, you really are an inspiration to children and parents.”

Mrs T

“Dear Mrs Burman,
We cannot begin to tell you how much we have appreciated your care and attention over Rosie and helping her make such progress in preparation for school.
We know at times it must have presented quite a challenge but we feel you have grown to know a Rosie you can have fun with. She has been so very happy at The Pre-School Centre and has developed quite a fondness for everybody especially you.
So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping Rosie in your inimitable manner, which has made our daughter so happy but also so sad at leaving.”

Mr & Mrs W

“Dear Mrs Burman,
We’ve had nearly four years in your capable hands, but sadly it has come to an end.
You have given both our children the most wonderful start in their education and I cannot thank you enough!
I find it hard to believe anyone sends their children anywhere else!!
With many thanks and best wishes.”

Mr & Mrs D

“To all at Mrs Burman’s,
Thank you so very much for taking such fantastic care of Alex, he has thoroughly enjoyed his time with you and will be so sad to leave.
The Pre-School Centre has been a fabulous start for him and we truly appreciate all the effort you have made, and the kindness you have shown him, thank you.”

Mr & Mrs B

“Dear Mrs Burman, Mrs Thompson and staff,
With love and thanks to you all for giving Mattie the best possible start to her school life. It is hard to believe that it is exactly 4 years ago that we were saying goodbye from Eliza – both she and Harry talk so fondly of The Pre-School Centre and I have no doubt that Mattie will be the same.
I hope the fact that she will not be allowed to arrive on her first day at Newland House as Snow White will not be too much of a shock to her.
I thank you for indulging her passion for dressing up and role play and in particular, Mrs Thompson for her patience whilst Mattie styled her hair.
Mattie will be fine today when she leaves, you have prepared her well, it is me who will be bereft.
With love to you all.”

Mr & Mrs M

“To all at Mrs Burman’s,
We are all very sad that Emer’s year has come to an end. This has been a very exciting year in which Emer has transformed from a toddler to a fully fledged little girl – we feel very privileged that she has been in your care in that time, we will miss your warm and friendly faces.”

Mr & Mrs H

“Dear Mrs Burman and all,
Thank you so very much for taking such wonderful care of Gracie over the past year or so. She has been so happy with you, and has learnt so much.
She first told me that she’s sad because she’s leaving, and I know she’s going to miss her mornings with you enormously. She’s had a truly exceptional start with you, and has visibly grown in confidence since she began, making us all feel very positive about her transition to school. We are so grateful for the thoughtful and insightful approach to her care that you’ve given her.
Thank you and we look forward very much to inflicting Arlo on you in the not too distant future!”

Mr & Mrs B

“Dear Mrs Burman,
Julian and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for making Fergus’s time at nursery such a positive and wonderful experience. He has thoroughly enjoyed himself and I know he will be sad to leave.
You really are a fantastic team and a credit to the childcare profession.
With warmest wishes.”

Mr & Mrs McG

“Dear Mrs Burman and all the “team”,
Thank you so so much for taking such wonderful care of Tilly and giving her such a positive ‘pre-school’ experience. We have watched her blossom during her time with you and know this is down to your dedication and hard work, and we really appreciate all you have done.
We are all sad that Tilly’s time with you is over, but look forward to introducing Lilah to you in about 18 months.  In the meantime we wish you all the best.”

Mr & Mrs M

“To the lovely ladies of Mrs Burman’s wonderful establishment,
My heartfelt thanks to all of you over the last eight and-a-half years for looking after and bringing on our four children Jasper, Barnaby, Jemima & Sadie.
It’s a sad thing to say goodbye to such wonderful caring people, but I thank you once again, really, where would they be without all of you?
With love.”

Mr & Mrs W

“Dear Mrs Burman,
A huge thank you for everything you have done for Charlie during his time with you. He has come on in leaps and bounds over the last couple of years and that is in no small part to your kindness and patience with him.
Charlie can be a little grumpy at times (!) but we can honestly say that he has always been very happy leaving the house each morning knowing that he is going to have lot’s of fun at Mrs Burman’s.
Charlie will be very sad to be leaving you all as will we, but we know that you have prepared him in the best possible ways for the steps ahead.
Best wishes.”

Mr & Mrs E

“Dear Mrs Burman,
We really cannot thank you enough for taking such excellent care of Adam during the last two years. He has loved coming to the school and we know he’s really going to miss you all!
Love & best wishes.”

Mr & Mrs G

“Dear All,
We can’t say an enormous enough thank you for all the love, care and inspiration that you’ve given to Arthur this year.
Arthur adores you all and couldn’t be happier; its always such a pleasure to see him dance in and out of your door every morning, and to hear all about life at Mrs Burman’s for most of every afternoon!
We’ll certainly miss you all over your very well deserved break and look forward to another new and exciting year next year.
With fondest wishes.”

Mr & Mrs K

“Dear Mrs Burman & Team,
Thank you very very much for giving my son, Joseph, the best start to his education for life and school, he could ever hope for. We will both never forget the invaluable experience he has had at your pre-school.
I hope you all have a wonderful rest now and we look forward to seeing in the second half of August for the fun sessions.

Ms D

“Dear Mrs Burman and the Team,
We cannot thank you all enough for the past two and-a-half years with Lois. You have given her the most amazing start and she is going forward to TPS as a very happy, well-rounded child.
To pick the correct environment for your toddler is essential and without doubt we chose perfectly.
You are all so amazing at what you do and in my eleven years as a parent it is the best nursery I have ever experienced.
She absolutely adores all of you and will miss you terribly. We will obviously come back to see you.
Thanks again for everything, all our love.”

 Mr & Mrs O

“Dear Mrs Burman,
Now that Mimi has settled into school I wanted to take the time to write and thank you for over four years of outstanding childcare for both my children. I feel like an era has come to an end and I wonder if I am just sad as Mimi that we won’t be seeing you and your lovely staff anymore?
Your Pre-School was always fun and safe home from home – better than home as you have wonderful bright paints, lots of glue and a dressing up box! From the first day Archie joined you, I knew I had made the right nursery decision and I am eternally grateful to the lady who mentioned, in passing, that her children went to the fantastic Mrs Burman, like a well kept Hampton Wick secret, I managed to find you!
You helped us through difficult times and your unending empathy, insight and advise made such a difference. I also really appreciated the rules and discipline – you remain the only person who can get Mimi to eat her fruit. I hope she doesn’t get scurvy now she has left your care! I was talking to another Mrs Burman fan the other day and we agreed that we like the way there are no expectations of parents and the time our children are with you is our own. That is a real gift to a mum with little kids. I wouldn’t have managed to go back to university without your kind offer to extend Mimi’s hours and I know I am not the only one.
Thank you to you, your fantastic ladies and Mr Burman for explaining to Archie how tools and ladders work! We miss you!”
